The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

aceph11 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All funds deposited into your aceph11 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Upon termination for cause, aceph11 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus credits, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aceph11 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting our support team with a written description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
aceph11's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Complaints regarding game outcomes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
